Booking Policy

This Booking Policy explains how appointment requests work on PakTailors.pk.
1. What a booking request is
When you submit a booking request through a tailor's profile, you are sending that tailor your name, phone number, preferred date/time, and any notes — you are not making a confirmed, time-locked reservation. The tailor will contact you directly (usually by phone or WhatsApp) to confirm the appointment, discuss requirements, and agree on a final time.
2. In-shop vs. home measurement requests
Tailors may offer in-shop appointments, home measurement visits, or both, depending on the services they've enabled on their profile. Availability of home service is set by each tailor individually and is not guaranteed for every listing or every location within a city.
3. Confirmation and changes
Because a tailor must confirm each request, response times vary by tailor. If you haven't heard back within a reasonable time, we recommend contacting the tailor directly using the phone/WhatsApp details on their profile. To reschedule or cancel, contact the tailor directly — PakTailors.pk does not hold or manage the appointment calendar on the tailor's behalf.
4. No-shows and lateness
Please honor confirmed appointments or give the tailor reasonable notice if your plans change — repeated no-shows affect a small business's schedule and, ultimately, the availability shown to other customers.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices shown on a tailor's profile (starting prices, package prices) are indicative and set by the tailor. Final pricing for your specific order (fabric, design complexity, alterations) is agreed directly with the tailor at the time of booking or fitting. See our Return & Refund Policy for how payment-related issues are handled.
6. Reviews after a booking
After your appointment, you're welcome to leave a review on the tailor's profile. If your phone number matches a booking marked "completed" by the tailor, your review will show a "Verified booking" badge.
