These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PakTailors.pk (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to register a tailor business account. Customers may browse and submit booking requests without creating an account.

2. Tailor accounts

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information in your business listing (services, prices, availability, photos) and for keeping your account credentials secure.
• Listings are subject to admin review and may be approved, suspended, or rejected at our discretion — for example, if information appears false, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.
• Subscription plans and their included features are described on our Pricing page and may change from time to time; changes will not retroactively reduce a feature you've already paid for during an active billing period.
• Sponsored/featured placements are clearly labeled "Advertisement" and are separate from, and never influence, organic search ranking, which is based on reviews and relevance.

3. Customer conduct

Booking requests and reviews must be truthful. Submitting a review for a service you did not genuinely receive, or posting abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent content, is prohibited and may result in the content being removed and access to the Service being restricted.

4. Reviews and moderation

All reviews are subject to moderation before appearing publicly. We reserve the right to remove any review that violates these Terms, is reported and found to be fraudulent or abusive, or otherwise breaches our content guidelines. A "Verified booking" badge indicates the review is linked to a completed appointment on the platform — it is not a guarantee of the review's content, only of the booking association.

5. Payments

PakTailors.pk does not currently process customer payments to tailors through the platform — payment for tailoring services is arranged directly between the customer and the tailor. Where subscription/plan payments from tailors to PakTailors.pk are involved, accepted payment methods and details are shown at the time of upgrade and are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The PakTailors.pk name, logo, and platform design are our property. Content you upload (photos, descriptions, reviews) remains yours, but by submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Service for the purpose of operating the marketplace.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

PakTailors.pk is a discovery and booking-request platform. We do not perform tailoring services ourselves and are not a party to the agreement between a customer and a tailor. We make reasonable efforts to verify tailor listings but do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any tailoring service booked through the platform.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PakTailors.pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or from any transaction or dispute between a customer and a tailor.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misuses the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
